FutureBaby Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FutureBaby mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FutureBaby is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to generate baby images based on uploaded parent photos. The App provides both free and premium features.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

4. Free and Premium Features

• Free Features: Users can generate a limited number of baby images for free
• Premium Features: Premium subscription provides unlimited baby generation, HD quality images, and priority processing
• Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions are available as weekly, monthly, or lifetime plans
• Auto-Renewal: Weekly and monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5. Payment and Billing

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

6. User Content

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to the App
• You grant us a license to use uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating baby images
• Uploaded photos are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored on our servers
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you provide

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload photos of individuals without their consent
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to violate any laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated baby images
• Generated images are for entertainment purposes only and should not be used for medical, legal, or official purposes
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on generated images

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
